After the acquisition of the maintenance by every employing company, we organize a seminar of presentation and familiarization with every company's products, so that we will know the products that we will have to deal with from then on. This presentation lasts for a day and includes a complete notification concerning all the appliances imported in the Greek market.

As far as our company is concerned, after communication with the employing company, we organize a seminar for the education of our network attended by the technicians who have been selected and placed in charge of every region. These colleagues transfer the knowledge that they acquire at the seminar to our colleagues in every region.

The regions throughout Greece have been calculated-separated according to appliances' sales, the distances between technicians and every city's population.
